Thanks for the compliment. Unfortunately your qualifications of my statement demand further clarification.

CCI was acquired by agreement and in that agreement back in March there was a requirement for an audit. That requirement was quickly adjusted and given a time frame of completion to be within a reasonable window of 30 days. That should have completed the transaction by June.

That's not doing your DD. That's the appearance of playing around.

Unless of course Mr. Gordon never planned to complete the agreement in the first place and used that time to extract any and all knowledge from Daryl Piercy before legally abrogating the agreement. If that was the case, i'm not so sure that i like to be doing business with someone of such character. Sounds good for dealmaking on the surface, but not for a long term player in a big business.

As to your position on what's happening with the rest of corporate America, I'd recommend that you quickly recognize that Mr. Gordon didn't even deserve to be compensated to the degree that he was in previous years. But even larger is the fact that during the years '95, '96, '97, and '98 TSIG produced a little more than $4,000,000 in gross revenues. Where was the sales force? What the hell was going on? Where was Mr. Gordon? This company was a dead duck and Mr. Gordon continued to take down in excess of 6 figures each year except one, plus heck knows what oin other perks and expense to the company. He was a drain on th resources.

Talking about corporate America like many public corporations have such a dismal record and after such a record is firmly established then award yourself a 100% increase in base pay plus a gifting of a minimum of 5,000,000 options worth almost $2,500,000 as of a week or two ago, is borderline criminal. The dilutive effects of this personal largesse leaves me incredulous. His prerogative? Maybe. Should be thoroughly verified. Moral? Might be argued and I'd squarely disagree. Common sense? NEVER!! Good for the company? Look at the comments here and reach your own conclusions.

The rest of your comments can't be quantified to the degree these can. So I'll not respond to them.
