ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., June 12, 1997 -- Phoenix Information Systems Corp. (OTC: PHXS) announced today, that in a private transaction, Michael Gordon, the brother of the Company's Chairman, Robert P. Gordon, has purchased 200,000 restricted shares of Phoenix common stock from Mr. Gordon and 60,000 restricted shares from Paul Henry, another Company officer.
