Dave, WAMC did a 15 to 1 reverse split, and a subsequent name change to Cerro Dorado (CDCH) last week, A WAMC shareholder told me that MDIN management had been in discussion with WAMC regarding the takeover of the WAMC shell. Subsequent to the change to CDCH, no news has been released by the new entity. Can anyone on this thread either confirm or deny whether MDIN has taken over the WAMC shell, now called Cerro Dorado (CDCH) ? And for what purpose? Vince
