Remember also that management owns about half of the current 8M in the float. Series D preferred aren't convertible yet. And, the last time that we had such a drought in press releases, it was because the company was in merger negotiations--need I remind anyone that Tanner's management is now looking for potential candidates for another merger or acquisition? We shall see what happens... Culp and company didn't bring this thing public so that they could see their stakes become worthless... if the company was doing very poorly, they could have liquidated and walked away with a few million dollars or so. Everybody keep cool. This board never has been, and hopefully will not become a place where we trade off-topic insults with one another.
