I think being an Echols scholar U.Va. is a really big deal, they get to live in the rooms on the Rotunda or something like that? Not being from Virginia, I am a little vague on that, but I think it's quite prestigious.

Make sure the termites aren't Formosa termites. They came here a few years ago, by accident, and are a big problem in Louisiana, they can destroy houses and they eat live oaks. My father's wife's rental house was destroyed.

I think I want to build my own house, everything new and done right the first time. A roof lasts 30 years, and I am probably good for another 30 years, so that's a no-brainer, why buy a 30 year old house? I'd like to have a solid brick house, wonder if anyone does that anymore.

Chris just told me the steaks are done, so I am going to sign off. The first barbeque of the year, we usually do it on Easter.
