Mohan said "Cascade CEO, Daniel Smith, did recently file a Form 144, indicating his intent to sell 100,000 shares of Cascade stock. He routinely sells a small portion of his holdings each quarter as part of his regular portfolio diversification". Would you not think there would have been a better time for Mr. Smith to deversify?
