No you don't. If you think that I'm stupid enuf to short a $1 Canadian stock, then you're a fool. As for me, if you don't wnat to watch something on TV or don't want your kids watching it, TURN IT OFF. That's the best form of V-chip I know. The whole idea is stupid and has cost investors a lot of money in the short term placing bets on what they thought would happen. I just think the whole idea is self-serving, political and meaningless. Especially, the political part.
