Overbought and oversold have meaning only in the context of the current trend. Oversold is meaningless in a bear market. This is what you witnessed in MU--the hard way. I have had to learn this lesson more than once!

That said, USRX *is* oversold at this point on the weekly chart. While I agree that the probability of a new bull run is very small, it's *possible* that the price will stabilize soon, perhaps with definitive information on the release of x2, perhaps with the help of a bullish analyst or two.
