doesn't look good

this is what I understand

Singh filed this statement becoz he is longer a holder of more than 5% of the outstanding common stock
in short he has been selling his position in recent months
the past two rallies where the stock went to 2 5/8 and 2 1/4
the document also says that out of 481,227....208,143 will be acquired within the next 60 days as a result of stock options
those same options which did not require shareholder approval
this STINKS

the big question is ??? why is singh selling
is he leaving the company ? is this some sort of golden handshake
or is management making money at shareholder expense
very troubling questions

it very much bothers me to see that the chairman is selling at these prices

if more selling continues....I am thinking of writing to the SEC about this
the company said it needed urgent money...so they redeemed the warrants
but it doesn't look that way....looks like Singh is benefiting from those warrants

I would like every responsible shareholder to call Alene and ask

1. who were the beneficiaries of those warrants
2. why is singh selling his shares at such depressed prices

other questions
1. astra-merck deal was to be launched first quarter
its almost end of feb...whats up ???
2. where is the damn national advertising campaign for Cholestrak
3. HIV test ....over 6 months and nothing on the horizon
is Singh selling his position knowing something which we don't know
possibly rejection of HIV test

don't be good to these guys (IR/PR)....they are playing with OUR
money...and they should answer our questions

its time investors played hardball with management
