i think it will be determined if the merger is made with cash or/and stock. if NVLS gets LRCX for a good "price" wall street will reward NVLS with a higher stock price. I thought the merger if any would not occur to end of 1999 or beginning of 2000 when LRCX shows break even results according to news release???
