I took care of the problem at Fingermatrix thread......
May have learned something too.

They are saying that to even be a bidder on the California Welfare contract, you must have a system already working well somewhere in the state.....

I think that's good for IDX.
Does AFIS have an existing system in California?

Also....Last I heard, Identicator had the lead track in Spain with Unisys.....but that there were some problems.....so it might not be a done deal....Unisys has worked with IDX before.
