This is the course of history. The older generation with a cold war times and "superpower" mentality has to go. And make the way to the new leaders.
The future and prosperity of the world is in globalization. Europe has shown an example already. Future of the world is in stronger countries helping smaller and weaker countries in their development, not in military supression and intervention in their internal affairs.
What I would like to see eventualy, is the world witout countries and borders, without dividing people in serbs, americans, russians, albanians, minorities or majorities. Just people. Humans.
Whenever you start thinking races and nationalities, you get racism and nationalism.
This may sound too idealistic and unachievable, but that is how it should be.
I just hope that there will be leaders who will realise that. |
