The first thing I have to say is damn these guys have been busy. I have NEVER seen a 175 page 10k on a company with $6million in sales. This is so long it will take days to chew threw it. As I rant, please feel free to chime in. Page 3 Year -- Total VCCs -- Customers 95--------- 3 --------- 1 96 -------- 10 -------- 3 97 -------- 21 ------- 8 98 ------- 38 ------- 14 Nice progression, they have had close to a 100% increase in unit sales every year. Good names too GE Capital BN RR Storage TEC SMS () Ferntree SAP() DELUX BANK ONE BMC () Frontier COM Merrril LYNCH SoCal GAS ALLTel(new) Speigel 3M (new) () in my humble opinion these have been the most important sales to date. I hope they haven't screwed them up with buggy software or something because we won't get too many chances with them. The Market The company says it is in the systems management software game. It says this was a $6.8 billion market in 1996 and that it will be a 10 billion market by 2000. Increasing at 30% each year. I need to crash, it's been a long day. more thoughtlessness to come in tomorrow's edition. Hasta La Vista
