Rick: Thanks for revealing that info on CD. As we all know, the portfolio managers(pm's), take that kind of stuff very personally, and it is very hard to regain their trust. In fact, it we probably never be regained and the company stock price is jinxed until Silverstein leaves. If he leaves and is replaced by someone equally or more competent then the shareholders at that time will be rewarded for their patience, but in these cases, timing is the key. Yes, the reverse split passed and their will be a press release this morning sometime, according to Ken Eades, the attorney for Veltex.
