That story has gotten around quite a bit since your post. I believe that the talk was that the Congress would immunize against future tobacco litigation in excahnge for the industry establishing a fund, accepting some regulation or whatever.

Since then it seems that some dissatisfied parties emerged who have been releasing depositions, apparently damaging to the industry, perhaps IMO, to derail any such deal. What do your sources say today about such a deal? If a deal happens I agree that the MO multiple and share price would adjust upward.

I hold deep in the money '98 MO calls. I've been thinking about taking some of that money off the table and perhaps rolling some profit forward into '99s. MO may be extended and correcting a bit. Any thoughts on this?

I think I met you once on the CSCC thread. I made a comment about the holding in CSCC that CSCO is currently liquidating.
