McNealy is a pretty screwd item... any guy who hangs with the boys from CSCO is OK in my book. Let's just say I like SUNW and leave it at that. You said, "Given the fact that broad band is now almost a reality with ATM at the backbone level, and ADSL and cable modems at user level, it may make sense to take a closer look at SUNW. " Other than HLIT this sounds like my portfolio focus! One picky point, the broadband VISION is a reality, broadband availability is not, yet!
