BEN,
The reasons that you gave would obviously deter an
increase in the stock price. Though those are exactly
the strong points (we think..) for VANS at this time.
OTHER REASONS:(EXTERNAL)
* Poor performance by peer industry (shoes, retail)
could hold or even drag them down.
* Lack of money flowing in from Large Cap stocks
into smaller cap stocks.
* market correction (crash) Though this would clobber
the highflyers the most.

If Converse gets shaken up I think it could hurt vans
also. Look at their chart last month. (doubled)
