Interesting testimony - or perhaps as the DTC alleges testiphony.

Nobody saw me do it, and they couldn't prove it even if they did. Move to strike, Your Honour. The 'Bart Simpson' defense has no bearing on this case.

I thought the Bart Simpson defense was much simpler: more along the lines of "I didn't do it". How about a Johnny Cochrane special "if the plaintiff's a twit, you must acquit".
