How do we know he filed it to show that he is no longer owner of 5% of
company? Was he ever owner of more than 5%? I interpreted this document
to mean just the opposite- that he is buying shares, but I'm not familiar
with the technicalities of these kinds of documents.

The answers I've gotten from the company have been more than satisfying to
me. HIV test still awaiting approval. H.pylori test I'm assuming hasn't
been marketed yet because they are still ironing out details with the
company. Chemtrak isn't that big of a company and Astra Merck is . . .
I'm not surprised by the delay.

I didn't know a national advertising campaign was supposed to happen for
Cholestrak. Did I miss that somewhere?

I agree with you in that we are entitled to talk with IR/PR and ask
questions. It is indeed our money they are spending, however, I really
think they are acting responsibly and acting and spending cautiously.
Last quarters results speak to that in my opinion.

I think this company is going to see a great 97 and I think it's also
getting to the point where investors are tired of waiting and are tempted
to sell Sell if that's what you think you have to do. I'm still holding
and believe in who this company is and where they are going.
