Fellow shareholders I'd like to bring you up to speed regarding some significant changes occuring at Teletek. Without stealing to much of the company's thunder in this regard I feel comfortable in discussing the following.

As many of you know I hold significant shares in Teletek and have since approximately December 1995. I like many of you have suffered significant financial harm in the past year. I have tried many times to, up close and personal visit and discuss the problems with company officials in the past. The company's recent string of bad news has been hard on all of us. I have discussed alternatives and options with shareholders and company officials and would like to share some thoughts with you.

On Friday Febuary 21st a rather historic occasion took place at the Las Vegas Country Club Conference room in a 3 hour meeting consisting of John Vergiels, Wayne Godbout, Cliff Plaszczewski and Pluvia1 {AKA Steve K} occured. In an effort to try and create an open dialogue with current management---Board of directors and a representative group of shareholders and critics of Teletek we discussed a wide variety of subjects in a very civilized and friendly manner.

The board of dicrectors of Teletek has been looking to expanding the current board to include individuals outside of the Telecom industry to bring a more diverse opinion to this company, However, with the current legal problems facing this company it is not possible to bring qualified indiviuals on board without exposing them to possible financial harm down the road. As a second option the company has agreed to form an Advisory Committee "Currently" consisting of Steve and myself to assist, advise, council and help revitalize this company. Without getting into to much detail about this at this time, I am expecting the company to issue a press release this week containing pertinent information in this regard as well as other matters.

I spent a number of hours with company officials and Steve this weekend and speaking for all of them, I detected a sense of hope and accomplishment that all of us would like to convey to you our fellow shareholders.

I would personally like to thank John, Wayne and expecially Steve for the courage that it took to bring this all together. I look forward to sharing with you more details in the near future. Make no mistake about what I am saying the problems that lie ahead are many, the road is filled with many a pothole but what started Friday afternoon Febuary 21st may just be the beginning of the NEW TELETEK.

Cliffy the Teletek Road Builder.
