hitesh: Excellent article....hope everyone on this thread reads it. Certainly confirms what you and I have been saying. benahamou tried an "engineering technique" to fine tune his strategy concentrating on a systems approach only to be rudely awakened that the market does not operate on "Engineering technique". I certainly hope that Claflin does not "Jump ship"...if he does....we're headed downward into the 15-20 area ! Claflin has to protect his "statue" and career opportunities. I hope like living hell that he is accumulating as much stock at these prices that he can. If he does....then this will indicate that he believes that the company has a strong future and he is willing to put his money into it, and would certainly be in a strong position to assume CEO position when benahamou exits! Claflin certainly has the interests of the shareholder(s)as his focal point...which also indicates that he views 3com employees as an "asset"...whereas benahamou only cares about benahamou! As you've probable have noticed...I have purposely used lower case letters in reference to our CEO...when he earns an "Excellent Performance Evaluation"...I will reward him with upper case letters! If benahamou can not get his sales up during this next qtr...WS is going to pound his head into the ground so severely that he wont't be able to use his butt to hide in anymore! Fortunately...I can ride this situation out...but there are a lot of individuals on this thread that are going to be "washed out"! Monday...April 5, is going to be an interesting day...another test and most likely no positive news. Hell..apple computer is "outperforming" benahamou! Maybe we could hire you know who away from apple! Steve knows how to take the "bull by the horns" and achieve results! hang in there...HK
