Neither have I... need more papers... Yup, had ham smoked on applewood... made a clove-based marinade for it and soaked it overnite. Mopped it with the marinade while it smoked for 8 hours (was pre-cooked... had to wash the zinga off it as it had such things as artificial smoke etc as part of the liquid in the packaging.) It was loved by all... had leftovers for dindin last night. Yum. Hope your Easter was enjoyable... sounds like it was.
