Eric Winterhalder, that too, but even with those things the lawsuit is hanging over DIMD's head like a piano. Look at SUNW, with the MSFT lawsuit over JAVA. SUNW had stellar earnings for 2 years,but did not move. THe lawsuit was finally over and SUNW exploded upwards to 100.
DIMD is in a similar situation,SUNW too was in the process of turning around. DIMD is where SUNW was 2 years ago.
Its just the way the money managers think.
