I just reread the very report I posted and you're right, it was filed to
show that he no longer owns 5% of company, but does it necessarily indicate
when the selling took place? Somehow it looked like it happend before the
beginning of 1997. I did see that he has 60 days, roughly one more week
to do something with a little over 200,000 shares.

Still not sure what this means, and am real hestitant to be all doom
and gloom about this, particularly in light of what the company has
ahead of it.
