The xinnet.net site is purely a site for distribution of information to English speaking investors. Mr. Cheung is in charge of IR for XNET, & hence would have been the 1 to register the Domain Name. XNET has offices in Vancouver, Hong Kong, Beijing, & Shenyang. The ISP operation (Infornet) is in the 2 Chinese mainland cities with a web site address of: chnmail.com English information about XNET can be found directly from the Chinese Web site @ chnmail.com I find it interesting that you've chosen to voice these concerns a few hours prior to opening of the market. Do you have a short position in XNET, or are you being paid to post short posts by a MM? Disclosure of this information would help us evaluate any bias that might exist in your motivation.
