Subscribers to thestreet.com just got e-mail indicating that 5,000 subscribers (prior to 2/22/99) will be eligible to participate in the IPO. Eligibility wil be based on a random drawing. I think this will be about a 1 in 7 shot since I believe they have about 35,000 subscribers.
