This is New York! Everybody has a computer in these Manhattan apartments. Everyone in NY is starving for high speed access. As of the moment, only one company is offering it. RCN offers cable modem access to select buildings that they have wired for cable and cable modem service. I have their service and I am not impressed (by the service or their servicing). Okane's model is much different, costs far less to install and offers faster connects with a greater array of offerings such as customized portals, telco services and video.
