Good Morning Joe

It certainly has been a interesting weekend for the si tsig board and after reading all of these posts would like to throw something out for discussion today. But first I would like to recap what I see in tsig.

1) We had a lot of discussion re the pp this weekend. One of si's most prominent posters (hed) gives some hard hitting dd, imho, it was back of the envelope dd with little thought given to the long term prospects.

2) In tsig we have a company with

a) Lot's of tax deferred losses to be taken advantage against future profits.
b) Lot's of current debt, but only lot's when taken into consideration of tsig's current position. This figure is actually miniscule when
the forward revenues of tsig is taken into consideration and a very small amount by our competitors standards.
c) Very small current market cap. Currently under 30 million, pocket change to some of our competitors.
d) HUGE upside potential, 300m in signed contracts, with revenues starting to flow and will flow expontentially.
e) PP is currently the black cloud. But this black cloud is only 2.5 m.. Again pocket change to some of our competitors.

By Zeev Hed's own admission tsig should surge if the pp is taken out.

Why can't this pp be taken out?

With alliances with GE capital (signature), can they not make a bridge loan to tsig for a paltry 2.5 mil and not even miss it?

What if a company such as GE or msft sees the potential in tsig and realizes that the negatives are those of a undercapitalized startup company and the capital necessary to fund them properly is peanuts compared to the potential. Might such a company view tsig as a perfect TAKEOVER target?

Any guesses what would happen to the share price if tsig should be targeted for a merger?
