John, Thanks for the article about InterDigital, a company I'm not familiar with. what do you know about so called 3G wireless? Not much, because all of this stuff is beyond my ability to comprehend technology. What I do know is the very general stuff. The cell-based networks are currently using second-generation technology. 3G refers to the third-generation technologies. If this is in the near future does it cause concern for qcom. Eberything I've read indicataes that CDMA is at the very core of 3G technology. Does that sufficiently answer your question? :) --Mike Buckley
