What makes anyone think management is going to give you guidance outside of what they have said in the past. The situation will work its way out by the company making an announcement about an S-1 registration statement and the stock will gap to wherever there is a rough buy/sell equilibrium. You will not be able to buy stock at current levels...bonne chance
