thanx ed, you're right, too--from what was posted that story was simply inaccurate--two bad quarters?--and only a slice of the picture--if we get inured to this and call it capitalism, maybe not such a good idea--it's one thing to write what you want on the op-ed page, another to "use" as news the fad of the moment--how can anyone "break" a story if the story is fashion?

I do understand CNBC trolling for analysts and moving stocks up and down, but not the NY Times
