The group that they are working with doesn't own Co-op City apartments. They own both commercial and residential high rises in Manhattan and the tennants are on average paying $2,000 to $5,000 per month rent. At those rates, you tend to have the late twenties up to the 50's crowd with incomes over $75,000 to $100,000. This group makes up a high percentage of computer owners, but you are forgetting they will offer video services along with telephony and high speed access to the internet.
