I don't think Diana Corp was grossly overvalued, I just think they failed to create the necessary synergy between the seafood and networking arms of the company. That's not an easy task for any company so I would not be so quick to criticize. I was having my bi-monthly lobster dinner the other night and did see a couple of patrons with laptops, nothing came to me as far as ideas though. Perhaps nuclear fusion would be a better angle? A few color brochures, lots of arm-waving and, boom, stock will be right back near its highs.
