Regarding CEO selling, Mr. Smith sold large blocks throughout 1996. source Vickers: (the dates listed are the start dates of selling period... I listed approximate mean price during selling period) 55k... 2/13/96... approx $70 100k... 3/1/96... approx $67 186k... 8/1/96... approx $67 100k... 10/22/96... approx $70 It seems Mr. Smith is staying consistent with his past sales activity. And he is actually selling less in terms of dollar value than during the past year so maybe it is bullish that he is selling so relatively little<g>
