Holders of this issue: allowed to purchase warrants at $26.73 per share of the new issue - Elaine Jones at 972-633-4035. Marjean Henderson will be calling me. A press release was issued this morning explaining that the HARTQ was cancelled as of the end of business day April 1, 1999. You see they are trying to cover their mistake in NOT being forthright and equitable in their press releases particularly in the last two weeks of March 1999. No where does it indicate that the shares will be cancelled in any press release and only AFTER, April 5, 1999, the effective date they put out a press release. BTW the funds in my account are still in HARTQ - I called discoverbrokerage and it is some other money that is in the money market fund. When I get a call from Henderson I will post the results. Since the holders have the OPTION to purchase - I am going to CALL my OPTION when it is at it's highest and they have to sell it to me, hopefully when rumours of sprint takeover really pop it up.
