CANCELLATION/CHANGE ORDERS -- MAYBE?? What do you think about the new changes to WebBroker regarding the "NO SHOW" of cancellations? I truly believe these changes negate the existence of WebBroker. I do a lot of trading during the week and do not have time to wait on the telephone for 30 minutes or longer for a confirmation. It already takes me this long to reach anyone from Waterhouse or WebBroker when I am not having a problem, so what is it going to do to the response time when everyone needs a confirmation? This Stinks and cost me money!! Waterhouse by not showing cancellations or change order status gives me no time reference as to when these changes take place. Will these changes continue until we have "NO" order status of any kind and we will just have to guess when an order has been filled, sold, or some other form of execution has taken place? I would like to know how Waterhouse would expect their brokers to operate without this information. I have tolerated a lot from Waterhouse, but I think this is the straw that has broken the camel's back. Guess my search for a new discount broker will begin soon. Any suggestions or recommendations?
