A couple of interesting things here. Kern left Meditech in August, took over a chewing gum maker in Phoenix called Gumtech International (GUMM). I have some of that, and I've been wondering why Kern left Meditech. Did he take it into the ground, and then bail? I'd love to know why Meditech tanked, but can't find any information. Funny that MTCH's "corporate hq" is now also Phoenix. Do I smell fish?
