Joan, if you are willing to pay up for quality service I'd suggest taking a look at Yamner & Co. yamner.com Trades go for $35 + .01 per share, but they answer the phones. As a matter of fact, there is no web order entry there. One of the traders with the firm posts to SI. His name is steve goldman. He mostly posts to this thread: #Subject-15612 Oh yes, they offer pre and post market trading for the same price. Barb
