We are now officially screwed. I just spoke with the company and they are disclaiming all responsibility for their mistake. They claim the shares canceled as of close of business on the 1st. Despite their telling shareholders that the shares would cancel as of close of business on the 31st, they say that the filing stating the 1st as the effective date is clear. What a joke. RCJIII
