and I think the notion the Constitution is as intact as before is really quite a fantasy.

Last weeks Supreme Court rulings on indian sovereignty has eliminated the constitutional concept of equal protection for individuals under the law. From now on it's all group rights.

Better find a powerful group to be a part of and fight like hell for your group's share of the pie.
