Short it to deathhahaha seriously - nothing we can do; chalk it up as an education. However, I am taking the documentation and filing it with the Bankruptcy Court Clerk in Dallas to put into the discharged file - McHenry is still the CEO of the discharged company and Nucentrix and practicing the same incompetent, deceptive system of operation. Also, the firm with the class action suit wants a copy of the document file I have put together for an exhibit in their ongoing suit. "Pattern of Behavior".
