Bill, I agree with your concerns about sending and receiving a signal. I can picture a motorist with his head out of a moving car making his "Globalstar" connection. I see it as a big drawback. What about receiving a call, will the phone be able to ring if you are in a building or will they be missed calls? If it does ring in a building do you have to run outside to answer the call? :-)
