Drew Peck is a former MIT Physics researcher and he is quite knowledgeable about microprocessor technology. His MO is to follow Intel guidance and add his own brand of cynicism. His basic bias is towards negativity. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. My sense is that he is more often wrong than right. He is not a market mover.
