Cybersurf's Wango to Deliver Audio & Video
for Gaming & Entertainment
Hundreds of Times Less Expensively Than Satellite

CALGARY, ALBERTA--Cybersurf Corp. of Calgary, Alberta, an Internet
technology
and service company, today announced the formation of WANGO, a wide
area
network gaming and entertainment subsidiary.

WANGO has the technology to allow full-motion audio and video signals to
be
delivered over ground-based lines at speeds identical to current
satellite
transmissions at costs which are hundreds of times less expensive than
satellite.

Mr. Frank Marasco of Calgary, Alberta has been appointed President of
WANGO.
Mr. Marasco brings 10 years of gaming and entertainment industry
experience
to the joint venture that Cybersurf has entered into with Mr. Marasco's
company, New Wave Technology Inc. of Calgary, Alberta.

Among other features, this technology allows multiple sites to be
linked
together and play a single game, thus allowing a pooling of jackpots
into
what Mr. Marasco has called "superpots".

In addition to linked-bingo, WANGO will also concentrate on providing
full-motion audio/video telecasts of any gaming event, including horse
racing and dog racing.

The WANGO technology can be easily ported to other countries. Cybersurf
intends on providing links from the tip of South America straight up to
Canada's Northwest Territory and the Yukon.

WANGO's technology is protected by an applied patent in Washington, DC
which
is expected to be granted by the third quarter of 1997.

Cybersurf trades under the symbol CY.
