Has anyone read "Year of the Rat?" 20th century won't be finished until December 31, 2000. By that time, I bet double the bloodshed of the entire century to date. China just getting started and the terrorists just getting hands on technology, both have the will and ambition. The US doesn't have the brains.
Clinton is leaving a legacy of tragedy - he has created another tragedy to add to his list. No, Kosovo is NOT about clinton, however, he did make the problem an immediate world crisis without planning nor forethought. That he got NATO involved is irrelevant, that he got the rest of the world involved is RELEVANT and to the detriment of global stability, which is now and will for our lifetime be UNSTABLE and explosive.
This NATO non declaration of war action will not go unpunished and according to international law, it is a war crimes act. But of course, laws don't mean much and are disdained by the US commander in chief, so this action should have been expected; acts of deriliction of duty by an immoral sociopath. Wonder what "compartment" of his mind he will focus on for the benefit of "humanity and legacy" in the months ahead.
And who shall suffer as a result of this impulsive, destructive behavior? Suffer the children...
