Correction to my previous post this evening.

The accretion occurs from day one and is prorated over a two year period . A 17.5% accretion on $15 million debentures results in interest charge of $2.625 million over a two year period. This results in a pre tax charge of $327,000 or an after tax charge of $130,000 per quarter or less than $0.01 per share . Not very material in my opinion.
