Jesse, I am firmly convinced that some of these reviewers never even cut the shrink wrap. I think they check to see who paid the most for advertising in the last year... I think WebTalk has some good features, but ease of use is certainly not one of them, unless that is, you completely ignore all of the hassle it takes to even get to the point of being able to find someone to talk to. You should really try Freetel or Webphone if you want to experience ease of use! BTW I have Procomm 3.0. I prefer a year plus old version of Hyper Access for terminal type comm stuff. Different strokes I guess!
