McHenry is not taking calls; Henderson is on voice mail; I spoke with Barbara Whitlock and informed her I was providing the documentation to the SEC and the Bankruptcy court clerk and they are not pleased - they know they have a problem, but I am not going to focus all my attention on this matter. I just want to get this out to the SEC and attorneys and let them give the company some crap. I did leave a message for McHenry, CEO of HARTQ and now ncnx that I hope the shorters get hold of this issue and manipulate the valuation so he can experience the "feeling" of receiving what he dishes out so well. I haven't heard from the attorneys I emailed Saturday and haven't called them yet. I was getting other stocks this morning via ETRADE and discoverbrokerage, accumulating other issues on dips because they are good values, not like this mess. Sure this is fraud and they are trying to cover and make good; however, there are laws and their attorneys should have been educated enough to prevent this from occurring. These are the attorneys I shall be calling later today or tomorrow morning. The attorneys that represent HARTQ and now ncnx - see what they were paid to do and if they did it. I don't know where you live, but in Dallas, it is beautiful today - began cloudy - but now just beautiful. Good luck RCJ and I shall post any information I get when I get it. Jacalyn
