I've always interpreted "Digital by Qualcomm" as Qcom chipset inside. My vague recollection from awhile back on the thread was that Nokia was thinking about, was buying chipsets from Qualcomm for Nokia's high-end handset that was about to come to market. Maybe, Irwin thought the question related to general purchase for all handsets.
