2 believe you testified that you're in some sort of Wellrich as

4 A. Not that Wellrich, no. There's two Wellriches.
5 Q. There was no problem at all with the introduction between
6 Mr. Kricfalusi and of this particular Wellrich.
7 They did everything they were supposed to do, correct?
8 A. Correct.
9 Q. They were supposed to do a private placement for you but
10 in fact that never happened?
11 A. They started the private placement. Did quite well when
2 the stock was 3 and seven eights. That's $3.82.

20 standing and not subject to any hold restrictions, correct?
21 A. I copied a letter that --

23 A. NO, I did not.
24 Q. Did you sign -- is this your signature on exhibit 30?
25 A. Yes.
